1. Legal Use

WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any transmission, storage, or distribution of material in violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted material
• Infringement of trademarks or trade secrets
• Obscene, defamatory, or intimidating material
• Violations of export control laws
• Material that promotes illegal activity

2. Anti-Spamming Policy

Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial messages over the internet (“spamming”) is strictly prohibited, whether or not it disrupts service or overloads a server.

• WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the sole right to determine what constitutes a violation.
• Offending accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

3. System and Network Abuse

Violations of system or network security are strictly prohibited and may result in criminal or civil action. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Unauthorized access to networks, data, or systems
• Service interference including mail bombing, flooding, overloading, and broadcast attacks
• Forging of packet headers in emails or newsgroup postings

4. Viruses and Malicious Activity

UsingWEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. services or infrastructure to create or spread:

• Viruses, worms, Trojans
• Flooding, pinging, mail bombing
• Denial of Service (DoS) attacks

5. Pornography

WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. prohibits the use of its services to:

• Store
• Transmit
• Display
• Advertise
• Promote

…any form of pornography. If discovered, AVINFO will report such activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

6. Payment Terms

• Services must be paid for by the due date.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of services.
• WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any losses resulting from service disruption due to non-payment.

7. Account Termination and Enforcement

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use (TOU) may lead to:

• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of service without refund
• Legal or civil proceedings if necessary

WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. reserves the right to:

• Deactivate any account without prior notice
• Deny service at its sole discretion
• Determine what constitutes a violation of the TOU

Customers agree to indemnify and hold WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.

8. IRC Prohibition

Running IRC (Internet Relay Chat) or IRC bots on AVINFO NETWORKS PVT. LTD.'s Web Hosting or E-Commerce platforms is strictly prohibited.

9. Anti-Piracy Policy

Use of pirated or illegal software/media is not permitted. Specifically:

• Clients are not allowed to use third-party pirated software on any WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. device (Servers, VPS, or Cloud).
• If any client is found violating this policy, their services will be terminated immediately.
• Clients are fully liable for any penalties under the Copyright Infringement or Anti-Piracy Act.
• In the event of a dispute over licensed software, the client assumes 100% responsibility for any penalties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. provides services on an "as is, as available" basis.

• No warranties are provided, either express or implied, including:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Merchantability
• WEBFOX TECHNOPARK PRIVATE LIMITED. and its partners shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising directly or indirectly from the use of the services.
