Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from AVINFO NETWORKS PVT. LTD. are eligible for a refund only if cancelled within 14 days of the transaction date.

• Refund Eligibility:
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of registration of services (i.e., the date the product or service was purchased and processed).
  • Refunds will only be issued to first-time accounts.
• Refund Method:
  • If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, a refund to your AVINFO NETWORKS PVT. LTD. account balance will be offered as an alternative.
• Refund Exclusions:
  • No refunds will be processed in cases where cancellation is due to irregularities or issues caused by the user, such as failed KYC verification or incomplete documentation.
  • Certain products may have non-refundable terms regardless of cancellation timeframes.
